insects as a future food source
With dwindeling food-security due to a rapidly growing population and concerns about the ethecacy and environmental sustainability of eating meat, new sources of protein must be explored. One promissing solution are insects. In many cultures these are a part of everyday diet, but Europeans are not very open to this new food source.
