ergonomic study of a portable dishwasher
In an effort of creating a sustainable alternative to single use plates and cuttlery that are used at outdoor events, I created this concept of a mobile dishwasher. The goal is to minimize the footprint of the trailer while still being able to transport enough dishes for medium sized events. The mobile dishwasher includes connections for water, electricity and waste water.
